The 7-Leak Revenue Audit · $5,000 flat · 21 days
I find the money in seven places.
Twenty-one days from access to a ranked list of findings and a 90-day playbook you own — whether or not we ever work together again. Ninety minutes of your team's time, total.
The audit
Seven places the money leaks.
This is the actual field checklist I run. No mystery methodology — and if you'd rather run it yourself, the whole thing is free to download.
Deal structures
What share of deals are flat-fee versus performance-based? What's the CPA per creator against your blended paid-media CPA? Restructuring to base + commission typically cuts CPA 20–40%.
Usage rights
Do contracts include whitelisting and paid usage? Is your best creator content running as ads? Creator content as ad creative routinely beats studio creative at a lower cost — most brands buy it and never use it.
Affiliate activation
Signed affiliates versus active in the last 90 days. When did commissions last change? Every program I've opened had roughly ten times more signed affiliates than active ones — that's dormant revenue with no new spend attached.
Attribution
Can you tie creator spend to revenue? Codes, dedicated links, a one-question post-purchase survey. Proper tracking usually surfaces revenue that's been quietly credited to paid social.
Creator mix
How is budget split across macro and micro? Engagement and conversion by tier? Ten $3k micro-creators often out-convert one $50k macro deal — and diversify the risk.
Compliance
FTC disclosures on live posts. In fintech: finfluencer rules and testimonial risk. Fixes here de-risk the channel and win legal's buy-in, which is what lets the budget grow.
Repurposing
Is creator content being cut for email, landing pages and organic social? Same spend, more surface area — the fastest no-cost win on the list.
One number, then the how
Findings get ranked by dollar impact against effort. The top three become the spine of your 90-day playbook. I open the readout call with the biggest number I found — then you decide what to do with it.
Logistics
What it costs you in time: about ninety minutes.
I don't send a document request and wait three weeks. Give me access and I pull, sort and read everything myself.
All I need from you
- Read-only access to analytics and the ad account
- One introduction to whoever holds the creator contracts
- A 30-minute call at the start and 45 minutes at the readout
If your data turns out to be a mess, that's one of the findings — not a reason to delay the engagement.
What lands on your desk
- Findings ranked by dollar impact against effort
- A 90-day playbook your team can run without me
- A readout call with your marketing and finance leads
Plus these, yours to keep either way
- Perpetual usage-rights contract clause, ready to paste
- Dormant-affiliate reactivation email sequence
- Attribution setup — codes, links, post-purchase survey question
- Compliance-ready creator brief template
Next step
Start with 30 minutes.
No charge, no deck-reading. I'll ask about your current program and tell you honestly whether an audit is worth your $5,000 — sometimes it isn't, and I'll say so.
